I want to do everything to the best of my ability, even in fields that I don’t like. I want to quit, but since the boss can’t find anyone suitable to take over, I have to help train the new employee and ensure a smooth transition before leaving, so as not to leave anything unfinished. It’s really exhausting
It’s best to be able to exercise restraint in being assertive. But I really haven’t thought about what to do if I want to leave. If it’s the company’s management that decides whether I can stay or not, then of course a replacement needs to be found.

Work is over; I feel much more relaxed all of a sudden.

It’s the same feeling: I want to do everything perfectly, which puts too much pressure on myself. I want to change jobs and take on a role that I’m more familiar with, but I can’t do that either
