Large storage tank for storing biogas

I received a large storage tank with a capacity of 600 cubic meters, filled with biogas. According to the customer’s description, the tank is equipped with a floating disk and tracks; water is present in the upper part of the tank, and this water serves a sealing function. The customer said that this type of storage tank is referred to as a “air float tank” in their colloquial language. After checking, I found that there are only internal floating roof tanks; in such tanks, the liquid is stored in the lower part, with the floating disk serving to separate the liquid. I have no idea what kind of device this “air flotation tank” is, as described by my client. If anyone knows, please feel free to share your insights
