Cable material lubricant is a new type of powdered plastic lubricant and toughening agent, also known as silicone powder. It can blend with almost all types of thermoplastics (PP, PE, EVA, EPDM, ABS, PA, PC, PBT, PPO, PPS, POM, etc.), facilitating functions such as filler dispersion and lubrication. It is widely used in the processing of various thermoplastics, overcoming the drawback of traditional silicone oils, which tend to separate out easily when used as plastic lubricants. Silicon powder has a relatively small particle size and is in the form of nanoparticles; it serves primarily as an internal lubricant in cable materials. This helps to address a range of technical issues associated with traditional lubricants, such as their tendency to separate out, difficulty in dispersion, slippage, and increased viscosity of the material.
