What is the automation rate for low-temperature methanol washing in each of the maritime companies? Is the valve for feeding lean methanol into the scrubber available in automatic mode? How is the pressure in the low-temperature methanol washing system controlled?

It’s not possible to operate in automatic mode; I’ve never seen such a function available. There are many reasons for this – it’s not something that can be resolved with just one or two factors. Methanol temperature, composition of the gas, system pressure, instruments, quality of methanol – there are simply too many parameters involved
All the pressure valves in our factory are set to automatic mode with proportional control
