The link http://www.docin.com/p-26516664.html describes a storage tank with a carbon steel tank body; this body is formed by combining wire mesh and polyethylene materials, and it possesses acid-resistant properties as well as the ability to withstand certain levels of positive and negative pressure. Has anyone experienced the use of this type of tank under negative pressure? I have several such jars; they were made by small factories in China. The manufacturers lack sufficient theoretical knowledge – when I specified that the jars should be used under pressures ranging from -0.1 to 0.6 Mpa, they thought that a pressure of up to 1.0 Mpa would be sufficient to meet my needs. Now that the containers have been purchased, although the contract specified the requirements, it is the supplier’s ignorance that is to bear primary responsibility; however, returning them is by no means an easy task. I would like to ask at what vacuum level in Kpa such storage tanks can withstand operation
The main concern is probably delamination due to negative pressure. Does the manufacturer have any such design measures or experience?
The manufacturer from whom I bought this product has no understanding of vacuum technology. Smaller factories can manage to produce equipment by imitating others’ designs, but one cannot rely on them to develop their own solutions for dealing with negative pressure issues

What is the volume of the tank, and what is the medium? Spraying can be considered.
How is it for steel-lined PE storage tanks? Are there any manufacturers that produce storage tanks with thick steel linings?
