Newbie seeking help: Control valves for preventing powder shear? ? ?

The powder discharge is controlled by dual pneumatic butterfly valves. The customer is currently facing a problem: due to the properties of the material, the discharged powder tends to form clumps. They are therefore seeking advice from experts to find suitable control valves that can address this issue (Seals air and prevents material shearing), thank you
Any type of straight-through valve will do – ball valves, butterfly valves, etc. What type did you use before?
I use butterfly valves for powder transfer.
Our company previously supplied coaxial valves manufactured by us to companies that handle coal powder transportation, and those valves have been performing very well
