What does the original poster mean by a reactor coming online? And what does it refer to when it says that distillation can’t keep up? Production capacity? Product quality? Heat source? Or operation? Progress on commencement?
The question asked on the 2nd floor still hasn’t been answered. However, the reason why the pump fails to lift the liquid level might be as follows: 1. There is a problem with the fractionation pump (either with the quality of the pump or its components), which results in the flow rate not meeting the required standards. 2. The reaction feed rate is high, and the total output of the outlet pump is less than the feed rate; attempting to adjust the feed rate may help. 3. The reaction products may generate viscous components, leading to pump clogging or cavitation, and as a result the flow rate cannot increase. There may be other reasons as well; this is for reference only.
Is it the reactor level or the separator level?
What flow rate can the pump handle before it fails? Make sure the pump isn’t running in reverse and that the filter isn’t clogged Turn on the backup pump and see as well.
