Issues related to professional title theses

I would like to ask fellow professionals in this field: since I have undertaken few projects, and I need to write a thesis for my professional title evaluation in a few years, I’m struggling to find a suitable topic. I was thinking of using one of the projects I’ve worked on, along with the process packages developed by other companies, as the basis for my thesis, using the existing technology and data from those process packages. Is this okay? Could there be issues such as data leakage?
A professional title thesis does not require you to have achieved any results through scientific research; rather, it involves documenting what you have learned and mastered in a certain aspect of your work, in order to use that as evidence to support your application for a professional title.
It seems I need to put working on a professional title thesis on my agenda as well. I’ve been working for 11 years, but I’m still an assistant. Hehehe
If the data and such are identical, it’s likely that there’s some kind of leakage involved
