A vagrant asks you for a drink; shall you give it to him?

When you sit alone in a small restaurant by the road, eating stir-fried dishes, drinking beer, and chatting with the owner. Suddenly, a vagrant comes to your table with a cup and asks for a beer. Should you give it to him or not?
If you don’t drink beer, they give change; usually the boss takes care of it first
I didn’t even give him any change; I called the boss over. The boss said, “They don’t even have enough for themselves; they won’t give any to you.” ” After the vagrant left, the boss said that guy could drink a lot – no matter how much was given to him, he would drink it all – and when he got drunk, he would sleep everywhere.
It’s just a drink – enjoy it alone or with others!
The premise is that it’s a street-side stall, you’re by yourself talking with the owner; give him a beer – if necessary, sit down and drink together. But if he tries to go too far, just leave immediately
The problem is I’m not full yet. . . :$

If you ask for too much, you start shouting at the street vendor to get rid of you! I really despise those who keep pushing their limits
So what if one gets drunk? If they die from drunkenness, whose responsibility is it?
It’s all given. Should we order dishes, or grilled food? What if they sit down and refuse to leave?
