How is salt-added extractive distillation used for ethanol-water separation in industry?

Is extractive distillation the mainstream? Azeotropic distillation? Should I use salt-added extraction distillation? O(∩_∩)O Thank you
I feel like nothing I said is correct; these days, the molecular sieve adsorption dehydration process is widely used to separate ethanol from water. For example, anhydrous ethanol is mostly produced using this method, as it requires less energy.

Large anhydrous ethanol plants (with a capacity of over 100,000 tons per year) generally use molecular sieve dehydration processes, while smaller ethanol solvent recovery plants (on the order of thousands of tons per year) mostly employ extraction distillation processes.
Toluene is carried out by extractive distillation to 99% purity, and the addition of anhydrous calcium chloride can achieve 99.9% purity.
