The reason for this is that certain departments and individuals with \"decision-making power\" have expanded their authority, paid no attention to the key parameters of the equipment, and even issued operational instructions based on experience and assumptions; the operators had no choice but to follow those instructions. It is these departments and individuals who have the \"courage\" when nothing serious happens” ； Once equipment damage occurs as a result of altering the upper limits of the \"parameters,\" the operators will face charges of failing to follow procedures. Among the various accident cases, those caused by illegal instructions account for a large proportion. Making decisions blindly, relying on luck to succeed, or showing so-called \"courage\" as a leader – such behaviors are neither serious nor scientific; to put it bluntly, they are nothing but recklessness! Engaging in production is precisely something that should be avoided. For each device, its optimal operating parameters are clearly indicated on the factory nameplate and in the user instructions. These parameters are safety data obtained through testing; if they exceed the specified limits, it indicates that danger is approaching, regardless of any \"titles\" you may have. Ensuring safe production is a task that requires continuous effort. Every employee in a company should hold respect for the parameters of the equipment; only by not exploiting it will it not exploit you in return.
