A strange question about motor winding temperature

In a motor that is at rest, the temperature of the C-phase winding reaches 160 degrees Celsius. What could be the reason for this?
First, check whether the measurements are accurate, then measure the resistance of the motor windings and verify that the connections are in good contact.....
Vibrations at the site can likely cause the connections to loosen or come apart; open the junction box to check the connections. If not, check the thermistor.
The basic diagnosis is a problem with thermal resistance.
