Pipeline noise reduction measures

Temperature and pressure reducer; medium-pressure steam is fed into a low-pressure steam system, resulting in high noise levels. What are the measures to reduce noise without changing the operating conditions (which is also not possible)? Who has experience? Please share!
Add a silencer, and use sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise. . . There’s not much that can be done either
