Today, the manufacturer came to measure the flue gas from the tubular furnace; the two main parameters to be checked are carbon monoxide and nitrogen monoxide. I’m not sure what the ideal values for these two parameters are in a state of optimal combustion

Assuming environmental concerns are not taken into account, what level of emissions constitutes a good burning condition? Under normal operating conditions, 500–850 cubic meters of coke oven gas are consumed per hour.
It depends on the sulfur and nitrogen content in the fuel
About 8% nitrogen; I’ve never used sulfur
The calorific value of the external gas has changed, so it is necessary to adjust the air-fuel ratio; I’m not sure what the ideal levels of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gases should be under optimal combustion conditions
