In October 2015, our company carried out a technical upgrade project at a polysilicon enterprise to implement oxygen evacuation and recovery, as well as oxygen-enriched combustion technology for energy savings. This project enabled the recovery of 800 cubic meters of pure oxygen for hydrogen production, and 3,500 cubic meters of oxygen for use in the nitrogen production facility. Pipelines totaling 1.5 kilometers were installed to deliver this oxygen to the boiler area, where it was used to enhance combustion and save energy. The project has now been debugged, allowing the manufacturer to save 30 million yuan in annual coal procurement costs.
