PPS solid-liquid two-phase transport

PPS plastic solid-liquid two-phase transportation. The solid particles range from 2 microns to 1.5 mm; the solid content varies considerably, reaching over 60% at its highest, with a temperature of 150°C. We are currently using a rotor pump for transportation, and the mechanical seal keeps breaking. Could you recommend a better rotor pump or another type of pump that is suitable for these operating conditions?
If it’s just for transport without pressurization, I wonder if an axial flow pump will work? Use the 53B flushing protocol.
Remove the mechanical seal and replace it with a K-type dynamic seal. Talk to the manufacturer – the sealing material should be wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. That's how we made the change
Hello. A rotor pump is a positive-displacement pump, and because a gap needs to be maintained, it seems impossible to install a dynamic seal. Are you modifying the rotor pump?
