When the air separation unit is shut down, some colleagues simply enter 0 directly on the 505 governor. What’s wrong with that?
No problem – there’s no need to gradually reduce the speed when shutting down the machine; just press the “stop” button on the 505 operation interface. However, it is necessary to record the turbine’s idling time and compare it with the standard idling time in order to assess the turbine’s performance. Furthermore, once the rotor has come to rest, oil circulation for shaft turning should be initiated immediately to prevent bending of the main shaft~~
Then why does the compressor have a speed reduction curve when it stops?
Actually, it’s the same concept as an emergency exit from the vehicle; it’s no problem
Compressors generally operate in either unloaded mode (with constant speed) or stopped mode (with the speed reduced to zero)~~You can show us your speed reduction curve~~
