Questions regarding the anchor bolts for the installation

I would like to ask: during the secondary grouting, 2 of the anchor bolts used for fixing the structure were secured by the grouting material. What are the potential consequences of this, and is it necessary to take action? Note: A total of 8 adjustable foot bolts.

Active anchor bolts, also known as long anchor bolts, are removable anchor bolts used to secure heavy mechanical equipment that is subject to intense vibration and shock during operation. Installation of anchor bolts: 1. One-time embedding method: Embed the anchor bolts while pouring concrete. When structures such as tall towers are controlled for overturning, the foundation bolts should be installed in one go. 2. Pre-drilled hole method: Once the equipment is in place, clean the holes, insert the foundation bolts into them. After positioning and aligning the equipment, pour non-shrinking fine aggregate concrete that is of a higher grade than that used for the original foundation, and compact it thoroughly. The distance from the center of a foundation bolt embedded in the ground to the edge of the foundation should not be less than 2d (where d is the diameter of the foundation bolt), nor less than 15 mm (and not less than 10 mm when d ≤ 20 mm). It should also be at least half the width of the anchor plate plus 50 mm. If these requirements cannot be met, appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen the structure. The diameter of foundation bolts for structural use should not be less than 20 mm. When subjected to seismic forces, double nuts should be used for fixation, or other effective measures should be employed to prevent loosening; however, the anchorage length of the foundation bolts should be increased by 5d compared to that in the case of non-seismic conditions. Correction methods: 1. There may be some impacts during equipment installation, but they can still be resolved. Otherwise, decide based on the actual situation when the equipment is installed. 2. Next, carry out rectifications right away; if it has not yet reached the setting time, find a way to remove the fixed foundation bolts in advance.
