There is a hole at the bottom of the plate where the pump inlet ring is installed, leading to the outlet chamber; it’s not clear what purpose this hole serves (it’s also present in the spare pump, as part of its design). When the pump starts operating and the outlet valve is opened wide, vacuum conditions occur. The filter was checked and found to be unobstructed. I’m seeking advice – let’s learn from each other and make progress together
Is it possible that there is a lot of debris in the sewage tank, which causes restrictions in the inlet pipeline; an increase in flow rate when the outlet valve is opened leads to vacuum formation. Let’s check it out. . .
It’s a horizontal pump, right? Is the through-hole on the top? Its function should be to prevent fluid from accumulating inside the pump chamber; this has little to do with the pump being emptied by opening the valve. If there is no blockage in the pipes or inlet filter and a higher flow rate is required, it is recommended to increase the diameter of the suction pipe.
Check whether the check valve at the bottom of the suction pipe is damaged
The through-hole is at the bottom; the flow rate was normal before as well
Is there also a one-way valve below? ? I really hadn’t realized that
There’s no foot valve at the inlet of the self-priming pump, right?
It’s possible that the intake port is blocked by a large foreign object.
