The automatic thread-cutting device on the Newland sewing machine is not functioning

The automatic cutting device activates only when the distance between the two packaging bags is more than 10 centimeters; it does not function when the distance is less than 10 centimeters. How can this be adjusted?

Adjust the position of the photoelectric switch to be a bit further forward (3–5 cm beyond the pocket); the length of the wire lead is controlled by the photoelectric switch, and it has nothing to do with the sewing machine. The cylinder speed can also be increased a bit, so that the cutter can respond more quickly as well.
