This project has been quite popular lately; which sea friend is working on it? Seeking advice
We are building a 300,000 tons per year naphtha aromatization plant; it’s not part of my department, so I don’t know much about it. :lol

Since CNPC and Sinopec have widely adopted continuous reforming, some smaller oil refining companies have tried to manipulate things by using different terminology; as it’s not easy to get approval for small-scale naphtha reforming projects, they rename them as naphtha aromatization so that local officials with limited knowledge think it’s some kind of high-tech project and approve it accordingly. It should be fixed-bed semi-regenerative reforming; the technology is relatively outdated, the design is not difficult, and even some individual design engineering firms can handle it.
