Vertical multi-stage pumps experience significant vibration

The newly installed vertical multi-stage pump produces loud noise and significant vibration when the outlet valve is opened; the vibration and noise disappear when the valve is closed. Is this caused by vacuum formation due to low inlet flow? For pipe size 70, the pump inlet is 32, and the pump outlet is also a 32 outlet with corresponding piping! Experts, please help solve this!
It’s necessary to take a photo and send it over so that we can make a judgment; improper settings on imported equipment can indeed cause cavitation, leading to vibration and noise.
It worked fine right after installation, but after a few days this problem appeared. When the outlet is turned off, the noise and vibration stop. Is there any solution?
Check if the inlet system is clogged?
