I’ve been involved in the commissioning of several production units as well as two major maintenance campaigns. However, the salary here is too low – less than 70,000 yuan per year. There’s no hope of getting promoted in the next couple of years, so I’ve lost interest and want to try my luck elsewhere. A headhunter from Shandong has offered me 200,000 yuan per year; I’m considering taking that offer, haha. I’m not sure what the future holds, haha. 200,000 yuan is equivalent to the salary of a deputy department head here, a position that one doesn’t even get until the age of 40, haha

The refineries in Shandong have too much liquidity, which makes it difficult for them to sustain operations in the long term; what if their wages are reduced after a few years? It’s tough for businesses; what should they do when they need to lay off employees? I suggest you don’t quit for now; take various types of leave and give it a try by working for a while first. Additionally, if you want to resign, I recommend taking a look at the 20-million-ton oil refining project under construction in Zhoushan, Zhejiang. LPEC is in design.
I don’t understand what’s in your minds – if they’re offering a high salary, why not give it a try? Support the original poster! Getting through that year is equivalent to three years of experience; it’s also beneficial for future job changes

At Sinopec, the salaries these days are for everyone except the management. Employees’ salaries are generally low, just enough to cover living expenses. It’s fine if you want to try your luck outside; who knows, you might succeed
To be honest, don’t arrest me. Ever since *** started, ordinary workers no longer have any benefits at all, while the managers still receive high salaries
