I would like to ask everyone: for a hydrogenation reactor with a pressure of 12 Mpa and a temperature of 200 degrees, is it necessary to install manholes? There are distribution boxes and caps inside the reactor – should maintenance considerations be taken into account?
In reality, no separately installed manholes have been seen on the outer wall of hydrogenation reactors~~~~

Hydrogenation reactors generally have a discharge port at the bottom, in addition to the inlet and outlet, which is used to remove the catalyst. There are no separate manholes; access is provided from the reactor inlet.
Minimize the number of openings in high-voltage equipment; the large inlet cover serves as a manhole
Installing manholes adds leakage points. I have not seen any devices with manholes on the reactor
