Material selection for diaphragm pump diaphragms

Diaphragm pumps come with PTFE diaphragms as well as metal diaphragms. What are the differences in terms of selection between the two? What are the advantages of metals?
I’ve never seen metal; I only know about PTFE
I’ve heard of metal diaphragms, but I’ve never seen them. Generally, diaphragms are made of materials such as NBR/PTFE; they tend to age and fail at high temperatures, while metal diaphragms should be able to withstand high temperatures
Non-metals such as PTFE have low pressure resistance; metals should be used when the pressure exceeds 42 MPa. In addition, non-metallic materials like PTFE exhibit significant deformation, and for metering pumps with low flow rates, typically those with a flow rate of less than 1 liter, metal diaphragms are chosen to improve accuracy
I quite agree. Thank you; indeed, the flow rate of our metal diaphragm is low
