Question: Relevant design specifications for the oil measurement port. 1. Is it necessary to install a nitrogen seal? 2. Can high-hazard media in storage tanks, such as AN, be used? What about moderate hazard? Are there any requirements in the relevant specifications?
Does ‘an’ refer to ammonia? Why use letters? It’s not a sensitive word either, and ammonia isn’t highly toxic either. For ammonia, do you store it at low temperatures? Otherwise, they would all be pressure tanks.
Typical oil storage tanks are equipped both with nitrogen sealing and level gauges. AN is highly toxic, and since such tanks are generally not very large, there is no need for level gauges; magnetic level indicators are sufficient for use on-site
