Yes, the turbidity is 6.4, the sludge content is 20, and all other values are within the normal range.
There is no correlation between turbidity and the amount of sludge; sludge is a product of microbial metabolism, and a high level of sludge indicates that the sterilization process in the system is not effective, with no inevitable connection to turbidity

Turbidity is a light scattering effect caused by suspended particles in water; it is an optical phenomenon that can be measured using a turbidity meter. The silt content refers to the biological suspended solids in circulating water, which are composed of bacteria, algae, and the sediment adhering to them. Their causes are different, so they cannot be compared. But they are all closely related to suspended solids; the higher the content of suspended solids, the higher the concentrations of these two as well.
Disinfect and change the water; the turbidity increases after disinfection, so simply changing the water will suffice
