The February 2016 inspection report was jointly prepared by the inspection team and the super moderators; it is intended for super moderators, moderators, and actual moderators of all sections to read and respond to. If there are any areas where the inspections were inadequate or incorrect, please post your feedback; the inspection team will handle the matter accordingly and provide a response. You can also share your personal opinions via private message. As always, the inspection team will work together with various regions to promote positive energy on the forum and uphold the spirit of inclusiveness. Thank you all! Black, bold, underlined: Areas that require attention and improvement. Red highlighting: Aspects worth learning from and promoting. Process Division – February: Special edition tour: Lomi. Overall performance this month: The Process Division had average performance in February; the second edition of the \"Strange & Wonderful Designs\" event helped boost the division’s popularity significantly. Several months have passed since that event ended, and no summaries or awards have been given yet. It is hoped that the moderators in charge will complete the follow-up work for this event soon. Additionally, more effort is needed to promote gratitude campaigns. Regional moderators’ attendance: The moderators who performed well in the manufacturing sector in February were: @DesertFish, @Sammy_Wang, @GrizzlyBear, @BackToCambridge, @AtTheFootOfHengshan, @jlwuli ; There are 4 moderators whose performance is unsatisfactory; please contact Xi Li and a few deputy super-users to discuss this. Additionally, several moderators have a management volume in the single digits. I hope that the forum administrators and deputy supermoderators can keep an eye on this situation. Several real* moderators are gradually getting used to managing the forum. Maintaining order in the forum and the performance of the moderators’ duties: Posts can be reviewed in a timely manner except in the PROII section, where management of the posts is a persistent issue – there are many unread posts below the designated separation lines. It is hoped that the moderator responsible for this section, longkui1990, will take active action to address this problem. There have always been major issues with viewing posts in this section. Can we find a way to resolve this? Could a dedicated deputy supervisor be appointed to manage PROII? Aspects worthy of recognition and emulation: 1. The “One Question per Day” activity in the chemical engineering theory section is still ongoing, and it has played a positive role in promoting the development of this section; it is hoped that other sections will take this as an example and start carrying out similar “One Question per Day” activities as soon as possible ; 2. The management of the Aspen area has seen significant improvements since the second half of last year, with post management being much more timely; special praise goes out to them. 3. The posting volume and management in the Pipe & Valve section serve as excellent examples for other sections to learn from*. There are many technical experts in this section; additionally, Yu Yu and Sammy Guan have done a great job in managing it. Special praise goes to them. 4. The regional technical event currently being carefully planned is expected to be held in March. Points to note and suggestions: 1. The development of the PROII section has not been very satisfactory; more efforts need to be made to find solutions (a long-standing issue) ; 2. Should Aspen and PROII be considered for integration in order to strengthen management capabilities, given that many aspects of the two software systems are similar? (Or add a few moderators in PROII?) ) 3. More promotion is needed for Thanksgiving events. =============================================================================== Mechanical Region – February Special Edition: O.K. Overall performance this month: Due to the Spring Festival holiday, the region’s performance was average this month. Regional moderators on duty: This month’s outstanding moderators are: Dream100 from the Containers section, zxf760718 from the Mobile Equipment section, ztj1118 from the Construction Machinery section, lzy4225925 from the Corrosion section, and HSLJHZ, moderator of the Tower section. There are 9 moderators whose number of management actions this month was 50 or less; it is hoped that the regional super moderators will give them a reminder, so that these moderators can once again demonstrate good performance starting from March. The maintenance of order in the forum and the performance of the moderators’ duties: overall good, with timely management, reasonably placed separators, and no instances of moderator violations detected. Aspects worthy of recognition and emulation: The region has consistently performed well with its weekly topics and daily questions; the versions focused on moving equipment and corrosion in February were particularly outstanding, and serve as an example for other sections to follow! A special mention goes here to the moderator of version lzy4225925 of Corrosion Edition – even during the Spring Festival holiday, they continued to organize weekly topics and daily questions, contributing greatly to the increase in popularity of this version. Points to note and suggestions: At the end of February, Super Moderator gaodi913 resigned due to time constraints. Xiao Jie has been appointed as the new regional manager. It is recommended that Super Moderator Xiao Jie focus on strengthening the moderator team in March, so as to boost their motivation in managing the region. 2. The “HaiChuan Gratitude Season” campaign has been underway for 2 months now, but so far only 9 posts from different regions have been submitted – a relatively low number. It is hoped that in March efforts will be intensified to promote and organize this gratitude season campaign, with a dedicated person assigned to oversee it, in order to achieve a significant increase in participation during the final month of the campaign! Additionally, please post a summary thread for the event in the region and keep updating it promptly. =============================================================================== Super Moderators’ tour in Production Zone in February: guanjian88. Attendance of zone moderators: 14 moderators failed to attend, namely symc, xuexmxj, jindaowenwu, Wei Feng921, gvdcm, Fengxiao, sui*nyuqq, wenlong0207, lxzjcbx, wsm1988, chenlaid, Yan Fanzi, zlky2005, and tongjun123 (including those on leave). Moderators with outstanding management performance are *aojiaoya0546, jennifer12580, hesonchang214, and ls19860713 (rankings are unordered, excluding Super Moderators). Regarding the maintenance of order on forums and the fulfillment of duties by moderators: the cleanliness of the forums was maintained, and all posts were promptly rated and marked as read. Overall, the popularity of the zone remained average; affected by the Spring Festival, there were fewer new posts and even fewer technical discussion threads. There are quite a few unqualified moderators; regions should conduct self-inspections. 1. This month, there are still many moderators in various regions who have taken leave. I urge all such moderators to manage their schedules accordingly. If they truly find it impossible to handle forum management duties, it is advisable for them to resign temporarily. If time permits, I hope that all the resigned moderators will return. Of course, their forum roles will remain unchanged. Moderators who do not contact me at the end of the month will be treated as having resigned. 2. Regarding the daily question: All questions, except those posted on the same day, will not be promoted, recommended, or pinned. Highlight and bold for one week, then turn it off after that. (Note: Answers will be released.) 3. Several moderators still failed their assessments this month; all currently serving moderators should pay attention. If time truly cannot be guaranteed, one might consider becoming a member of the technical team or taking a temporary leave of absence, returning once time permits to continue serving the forum and its members. 4. The improvement of certain sections in various regions is not carried out in a timely manner, and there are also cases of missed postings; moderators in charge of these sections should pay attention to this. Additionally, when upvoting, please pay attention to posts with no replies. For technical help requests, please upvote them to facilitate the resolution of issues. 5. Several new users posted advertising content in the technical area this month. If it contains technical content, the illegal parts can be removed while keeping the technical sections; if it is posted multiple times or is a product introduction from a manufacturer, it can be deleted. Please note, moderators, to remind the users when managing. 6. Regarding the gratitude event held during the forum, our region showed low participation enthusiasm, resulting in a small number of participants. Currently, the region is conducting the first-phase summary evaluation. Moderators, please take note: in the second phase, we hope everyone will participate actively. =============================================================================== Industry Regional Zone February Special Edition: Huawei. Overall performance this month: Due to the Lunar New Year, the Industry Regional Zone saw a decline in performance compared to the previous month. Both the volume of management activities and the number of posts decreased significantly. Apart from posts like “Question of the Week”, the forum as a whole remained rather inactive. Overall, things remain fairly normal. Regional moderator attendance: This month, there was 1 moderator with no management tasks to handle; it was LIUST508 who took time off, and as a result, the situation of having moderators with no management tasks has been eliminated this month. Among the moderators, the most outstanding ones are zjp from the Chemical Analysis section, wcq1010 from the Air Separation section, and “Never※GiveUp” from the PVC section. Other notable moderators include Du Xiaoping, chqd812, and ljtjbx. Maintaining order in the forum: The moderators have fulfilled their duties appropriately in terms of scoring posts, reviewing them, and adding separators; the forums are well-organized, and any illegal or Violation posts are removed promptly, resulting in a clean environment that is truly pleasing. In particular, the work in areas such as chlor-alkali, PVC, polymers, and air separation was carried out very promptly and effectively. There are still not many new posts in the fine chemicals section; spam posts and promotion posts continue to appear. I hope the moderators of this section can address this issue promptly. Under the current economic conditions, fine chemicals represent a viable path forward. I hope that those working in the field of fine chemicals, as well as those who are interested in it, will post more content to help promote the development of this industry. Advantages: There is active posting in the Chemical Analysis and PVC sections. The “Question of the Day” and weekly topics have proven to be very effective; these sections have also become some of the most active ones in terms of post volume. Particularly worthy of praise are moderators ZJP and 永不※言棄, who have performed exceptionally well—their management of topics and posts has greatly boosted the sections’ popularity. As usual, the Chlor-Alkali section also continues to perform admirably. ; The Air Separation/Membrane/Pressure Swing Adsorption segment performed excellently, with a significant increase in management activities and posts. Congratulations to them on this achievement. Weak points: Compared to other regions, the industry-specific region holds fewer events, and its moderators are not good at participating in other forum activities. In some sections, there are no new posts for several days. I hope the moderators can take the initiative to post more topic threads, thereby encouraging others in the section to participate. =============================================================================== Registration Zone: Special edition tour in January–February: Catalysis in Action. Overall performance this month: The overall popularity of the Registration Zone was mediocre. Regional moderators’ attendance: This month, there were 4 moderators with no management tasks assigned to them, namely: two moderators from the Registered Chemical Engineers forum, Tinghai (for the second time) ; The moderators of the Registered Environmental Protection/EIA/Safety section are Xiaopeng (second term); those in charge of the Supervision/Civil Engineering/Structural/Architectural/Construction section are Yijianbiguo and Yang Liu. There is also one person whose management workload is less than 50 tasks; this person serves as a “demon-slaying” moderator for the Registered Environmental Protection/EIA/Safety section. This might be related to the Spring Festival, but it would still be advisable for regional managers to communicate with each other in a timely manner. Outstanding moderators in managing data: The regional leader tiyiss deserves recognition for his efforts. Maintaining order in the forums and the proper performance of the duties expected of moderators: Posts in various sections are not reviewed in a timely manner, nor are the separators updated promptly. It is hoped that the person in charge will communicate with the moderators of each section. No one has participated in HaiChuan’s “Thanksgiving Season” large-scale member sharing event yet; I need to come up with some ideas. Suggestion: 1. There are four moderators with a management level of zero; please have the regional manager discuss this with them ; 2. The overall popularity isn’t very good. Should we hold more events and increase the rewards to boost popularity? 3. It is recommended that regions strengthen personnel recruitment to fill vacancies in a timely manner. =============================================================================== Security Zone February Tour Special Edition: zhangqi1234. The zone continued to show an upward trend this month. Regarding the zone moderators: 8 moderators failed to meet the requirements (Shi Jianlong, lcs8536, Sizhuangge Eye Washer, hanyu*a8, niaeies, weert88110, You Qiansei, hanyu*a8); it’s possible that there are some newly appointed moderators whose qualifications have not been thoroughly verified. Among the moderators with excellent management skills: slll611, 68589544. In terms of maintaining order in the forums and fulfilling the duties expected of moderators: all sections are managed in a timely and proper manner, and the use of separators is satisfactory. Aspects worth recognizing and promoting: 1. Thanks to the efforts made over the past few months, the regional management team is now strong, with a considerable number of capable moderators available ; 2. Topics, single-topic posts, and quality-assessment posts – all of these routine posts can be completed on time. Areas that need improvement and suggestions: 1. For the historical \"Daily Question\" section in the Health category, it is recommended to take some measures such as disabling it or moving it to a lower position, in order to prevent expired \"Daily Questions\" from appearing on the section’s homepage and allowing users to participate with them. 2. There are too many owners of the substandard version; this may also be a consequence of the previous use of the powerful features in Dalian. It is recommended that the regional managers communicate promptly with the deputy supervisors to work together on resolving this issue. 3. Thankfulness activities: currently, the overall participation rate in the region is low, but there is still significant potential for improvement. The number of posts contributed is directly linked to activity points; the more posts one makes, the more points they get. I hope the broader community will pay attention to this. ===============================================================================Coalification Region February Tour Special Edition: Embrace sacrifice. Regional moderators present: 1. The moderators who performed well this month are 654262293, angryant, penghh1985, TH373637, and 1025199692. 2. There were 8 managers with no performance issues this month. Aspects worth recognizing and learning from: 1. Most sections are performing well and have made progress. 2. Here, I’d like to mention that the interactive version of the ammonia synthesis process has made the greatest progress this month; for this, I’d like to give it verbal praise. 3. The management of sulfur and sulfur-containing wastewater treatment is poor. Points needing attention and suggestions: 1. In some of the designated areas, there are cases where posts have not been read below the dividing line; more communication is needed! 2. Expedite the recruitment of regional managers. 3. Activities during the Thanksgiving season need to be strengthened. ===============================================================================Petrochemical Region February Tour Special Edition: Catalytic Grain. Overall performance this month: The Petrochemical Region as a whole has shown average popularity. (It might be related to the Spring Festival.) Attendance of regional moderators: This month, there was one moderator with zero management workload; that is, Yuanfen #Sky, the moderator of the Hydrogen Production and Hydrogenation Technologies section. The 5 individuals with a management volume of less than 50 are: Deputy Chief Editor zf201012 ; Petroleum pretreatment forum moderator chentao1985 ; Hydrogen production and hydrogenation technologies, moderators, trace elements, guoliqun ; Dry gas recovery, wastewater stripping – moderator sulfur soldier. Please have the regional manager communicate promptly. The moderators who manage data exceptionally well are: Deputy Super Moderator Adventure Wang, and the moderator for the Deep Processing of Petrochemical Products section, Feng Shan ; Moderators of hydrogen production and hydrogenation technologies: learning is endless. 166, zls1457 – these four individuals are dedicated and excel in managing their respective tasks. Maintaining order in the forums and the performance of moderators in carrying out their duties: Each forum section is able to view posts promptly, division lines are added in a timely manner, and the quality of post management is fairly good. Advantages: I never would have thought—it’s actually freezing here! The “Reply for a Big Prize” campaign is ongoing ; Continue to carry out activities such as the [Petrochemical Activities] “My Most Crazy” + xxx event, as well as the pre-version of the “My Facility, My Home” – Photo Sharing Contest ; The HaiChuan “Gratitude Season” large-scale member sharing event has seen a total of 23 posts posted, which is commendable; continued effort is appreciated. Suggestions: 1. The “One Question per Day” and “One Image per Day” sections in each area should be continued to boost popularity. 2. There has been a delay in setting the management separation lines in the layout area; please pay attention to this in the future. ===============================================================================English Region February Tour Special Edition: Seize the Opportunity – Overall Performance: Management is prompt! Regional moderator attendance: 1. Best garden grandmother of the month. 2. 4 managers with no responsibilities this month; more communication is needed! Aspects worthy of recognition and learning: 1. A management member was added this month; it is hoped they will become familiar with the operations soon. 2. Compared to previous periods, there has been a significant increase in discussion posts this month; at the same time, several technical experts have played a vital role in facilitating technical discussions and providing guidance. I hope this trend will continue! 3. I took a close look and saw that some of the posts contained professional-level questions and answers, which poses a great challenge to the technical team and management team; keep up the good work! Points to note and suggestions: There are 4 management staff this month; more communication is needed! In terms of management, the management of both regions is highly commendable! I hope to continue to work with some actively managed moderators in order to improve the current situation of delayed management. =============================================================================== February’s top moderator in the promotion area: zhangqi1234. The overall performance of this region was good this month. Regarding moderator attendance, the rate of moderators being present was high; there were no moderators who failed to meet the requirements, and several moderators excelled in terms of management skills. Individuals who stood out: Nut, hellpo21. In terms of maintaining order in the forums and fulfilling the duties expected of moderators, all sections managed to review posts promptly and use separators effectively – which is really good. Aspects worthy of recognition and promotion: All the current moderators in the region manage their respective responsibilities effectively, and the management of the forums is orderly and systematic, which is commendable. Areas that need improvement and suggestions (no obvious shortcomings; these are merely suggestions): 1. The development pace of the purchase inquiries section is slow; more effort should be put into improving the overall structure of this section in the promotion area ; 2. It’s not clear whether sample collection is still ongoing; it is recommended to increase promotional efforts. The samples collected should be sorted and organized before being presented to fellow sailors. =============================================================================== February edition of the Life District tour: guanjian88. Overall performance this month: The district has a moderate level of popularity. Number of moderators present: 6 moderators who did not meet the requirements – Heqi Xiqi Jun, Shouwangzhe Xingxing, Colinzh, Ruan Zhonghua, 521yxc521, AV Ookuubo. There are three moderators with excellent management skills: cflt111, hamiltontai, and dlutyj (consistently). The forums are well-maintained, clean, and ratings are updated in a timely manner. Overall, there were no standout features in the Life District last month; everything was rather ordinary. In the “Scattering Wealth” section, some posts related to unfinished wealth distribution were closed by the moderators. On the contrary, there is a phenomenon where the sections remain open after they have been closed; I hope the moderators of this forum will conduct a thorough check to prevent such situations from occurring again. The overall management for this month has been good – the management of the food section, computer section, sports section, travel section, college section, workplace section, family section, job hunting section, and recruitment section has improved in a timely manner. Spending version; please close the post promptly once spending is complete. Posts about wealth that hasn’t been distributed yet should be opened promptly. Currently, the number of people participating in the posts is low; we hope that everyone will recommend more people to post before March 30th. There were quite a few unqualified moderators this month. 1. All the improvements were made in a timely manner, but sometimes submissions were repeated. We enhance the management layer to facilitate management by others. 2. There are many sponsored articles; I hope that when the moderators manage them, they will remember to leave comments before making edits in the section. 3. Given the high number of Unqualified moderators in these two regions, it is advisable that the two super moderators communicate as soon as possible.=============================================================================== Forum events: February’s rotating super moderator: 2887848. 1. The Haichuan Thanksgiving Event – being an annual large-scale New Year’s event, its overall performance was not good, with a significant decline compared to previous years. All regions are requested to pay close attention to promotion efforts, and strive to match the standards set by those who are more experienced! 2. Each regional supervisor has put forward suggestions regarding the activities in their respective regions. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us. It is recommended that each region assign a dedicated deputy supervisor to handle these activities in order to increase popularity ; 3. The head of the cleaning staff once again suggested that each region organize content related to “specialized knowledge” and “basic knowledge”; the inspection team will pay close attention to this in March and provide a summary at the end of the month ; 4. The currently well-organized event in the region is the “Discussion on Registration and Examination Sites” held by the region; it is hoped that more efforts will be put into it to ensure its complete success. 5. In many regions, there are activities that have been started but not properly concluded; please take action to bring them to an end so that everything has a beginning and an end, and then proceed with planning the next activities. ===============================================================================★Summary and Tips from the Touring Team’s Inspections in Various Regions in February 2016 ★ The purpose of the forum’s touring team’s regular inspections of different regions is to create a harmonious and pleasant environment for all netizens to learn and communicate in. Please ensure that the team in charge of regional management pays timely attention to the issues identified during inspections, and makes necessary corrections if any such issues exist, or strives to improve further in their absence ; If you have any suggestions or comments regarding the work of the inspection team, you can submit them at: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1312986-1-1.html 1. The forum plans to strengthen rewards for outstanding regular members in the near future; therefore, the management team and technical team are asked to pay attention to identifying and nurturing such outstanding users, so that everyone understands better that Haichuan belongs not only to the management team and technical team ; 2. Aside from the Petrochemical Region, which is able to reach its previous levels during the Thanksgiving Season campaign, there is great potential for improvement in all other regions; it is hoped that they can regain their former glory in the next phase! 3. Each region needs to strengthen and maintain the conduct of regular activities (such as daily questions, weekly topics, etc.), organize regional-level events from time to time, and actively participate in various activities at the forum level to sustain interest. 4. The monthly selection of outstanding technical topics for the forum will continue; please encourage the technical regional management teams to submit nominations actively. 5. The forum in March will see improvements and upgrades to some basic functions of the layout (such as the categorization of posts containing resource attachments and those for technical discussions; this is currently under development). Forum moderators are requested to pay close attention to the internal messages, and relevant regional managers should also ensure that everyone is informed in a timely manner. 2887848 Fans Support Group
