Does the filtration pressure of a filter press affect its performance? If there is an impact, what kind of impact?
Filter presses have their own design pressures, temperatures, etc. If these values are exceeded, leaks may occur at the connections, as well as at the seals between the frame plates; the frame plates (or mesh plates) may deform, and the filtrate may become contaminated and unclear in quality.
The filtration pressure varies depending on the industry.
