Production staff and quality inspection staff

It seems now that the company doesn’t pay enough attention to quality inspection staff; with the same amount of work, their salaries are lower than those of production workers?
The workload associated with quality inspection is not as high as that in production
It seems to be the case, after all, no labor is required from the operator:lol
It’s the same; labor intensity is one aspect, and training costs are another
The company doesn’t pay much attention to quality control these days. The workload in the testing and distillation positions in our unit is roughly the same; however, quality control workers are paid less than those who work in distillation. It’s just that quality control has a better reputation and a more pleasant working environment.
The working environment varies, as does the level of physical strain. The job skills are different as well, and the skills required are also different
In the workplace, requirements vary, and so do benefits； It’s not a matter of importance; who can say that a material feeder is less important than the main operator? Without the right materials or accurate feeding, even the best operator cannot produce qualified products.
