When classifying firework operations in enterprises, for scenarios already specified in this standard, the classification of such operations shall be carried out in accordance with this standard. For scenarios that are not specifically defined, enterprises may further refine them in accordance with the requirements of this standard and taking into account their own actual circumstances; however, the management requirements must not be lower than those stipulated in this standard. There must be no omissions in the controlled elements after classification, nor any gaps in the risk analysis conducted as part of that classification.
