What type of grease should be used for the motor of the hydrogen feed pump in a hydrorefining unit?

The motor of our hydrogen feed pump is a Jiamusi motor with a power rating of 710 KW. We have been using Great Wall 2# lithium-based grease, but its performance isn’t good – it tends to deteriorate easily, and its viscosity changes significantly over time, to the point where it can drip out. In winter, when temperatures drop to -17 or -18 degrees Celsius, the pump won’t start. I would like to ask everyone what kind of grease you use.
We usually use 81 military-grade grease
We use ordinary No. 3 lithium-based grease
If it drips out, it is because too much grease has been used; a high temperature causes it to melt, and a concentration of 20% to 30% is the most suitable. At low temperatures when the vehicle cannot move, the viscosity of the grease increases, so 3# lithium-based grease should be used instead.
