Among the various flow meters available today, the Roots flow meter is the ideal choice for measuring precious cleaning liquids or gases and other similar media. The Roots flow meter belongs to the volumetric flow meter category. To ensure its high-precision operation, its measuring components are fitted together very tightly, and strict requirements exist in terms of manufacturing, storage, installation, measurement, and selection of the medium, all aimed at preventing impurities from entering the meter and causing the two rotors to get stuck. Before installation, the inlet and outlet seals of the flow meter must not be opened arbitrarily; when there are many devices installed on the pipeline, the Roots flow meter should be installed last; if conditions permit, it is advisable to perform a high-pressure purge of the pipeline before installation; during installation, care must be taken to remove any iron pins or burrs at the connection points; a filter screen must be installed in front of the Roots flow meter to filter the medium being measured; when measuring liquids that contain gases, an air removal device should be installed in front of the flow meter to ensure its measurement accuracy; the Roots flow meter does not require a very long straight pipe section, but sufficient space must be reserved for installing the filter device; the rotation of the rotor in the Roots flow meter is driven by the pressure difference of the fluid, and if the viscosity of the medium is too high, it can affect the flow meter’s accuracy; avoiding these issues will help achieve better measurement accuracy with the flow meter.

The only choice? Have you considered the experience with mass flow meters? :lol:lol:lol
Haha, it’s the best choice when the budget is limited; mass flow meters are quite expensive, lol:lol.
