How do people usually cut stainless steel bushings – with a pipe cutter or an electric saw?

Originally, for practical reasons – to avoid scratches and burrs – we used pipe cutters for cutting. But there are hundreds of joints in this batch, and cutting them manually would break one’s hands; meanwhile, using a power saw to remove the burrs is also quite troublesome. Is there any good solution?
A pipe cutter – you can’t work alone, right?
I suggested using a tube cutting tool, but I was willing to do it there; my colleague wasn’t willing and used a cutter to cut it, which caused scratches and burrs – it was really painful to see. After all, scratches on the surface of the sleeve are not in line with the manufacturing standards, right?

This post was last edited by qwl on 2016-11-12 at 15:14. Determine the diameter of the stainless steel pipe (DN>50); cut it using a hand saw, and then use a grinder to remove any burrs on the inside and outside.
It depends on the pipe size: for small-diameter pipes, use a pipe cutter; for large-diameter pipes, use a cutting machine
