Does your company deduct wages and bonuses for annual leave?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-10-25 at 20:49. No deductions are made for public holidays (annual leave). It makes no difference whether it is deducted or not. For most shift workers, there is hardly any option to not work; as for managers, it’s a matter of career prospects – once they commit themselves, they are expected to stick with it and not worry about such things.
There’s no reason to deduct money from annual leave! The terms ‘personal leave’ and ‘sick leave’ only exist
No deduction; however, if the leave period is shorter than the required minimum number of days, a deduction will be applied
The salary isn’t deducted, but the monthly income will be lower; it’s not clear whether there will be a reduction at the end of the year, as you don’t know how much you’ll actually receive.
We don’t have that; there is no such thing as deducting or not deducting...
