What should be noted during the receipt inspection of ordinary centrifugal pumps? Does the pump need to be disassembled?
Acceptance of ordinary centrifugal pumps upon delivery: 1. Standard: The technical agreement must be reviewed and accepted; 2. Require the manufacturer to be present on site ; 3. The representative of the construction unit is required to be present, and all installation components must be handed over to the construction unit ; 4. Request warehouse staff to be present, count the spare parts, and retrieve them from the warehouse ; 5. It is required that a representative from the using unit be present to begin exercising supervisory duties. The pump does not need to be disassembled.

Let me explain the process here: 1. The logistics team delivers the pump to the factory, 2. The warehouse checks the quantity and model (attachments like foot bolts are just thrown around), 3. When the installation team comes to set it up, they go to the warehouse to get the pump, 4. The warehouse then simply tells them where to find it
If you are looking for the actual inspection process: 1. The company’s equipment manager and relevant personnel from the workshop must be present to carry out the inspection together. 2. Check the pump model and look for any defects in its appearance. 3. If there is a delivery list, count the items against it

:)It seems that the acceptance processes in most manufacturing enterprises are not very standardized.
Upon unboxing and inspection, check against the technical specifications: 1) certificates of conformity, accompanying documents, and other paper-based materials; 2) whether all spare parts are present and of the correct models; 3) assess the quality of the equipment according to standards, checking for any obvious defects or damage sustained during transportation. If everything meets the requirements, then it can be accepted
