Are there any suitable water separation devices or instruments?

In fine chemical production, the problem of automatic layering after washing in wash tanks has long been difficult to resolve. I have tried using interface detection as well as conductivity meters, but the results were not satisfactory – either the materials ended up separated or the water was not properly separated. I wonder if any of you sea friends have managed to achieve automatic layering? Please share your experience. Or communicate with the equipment manufacturers to discuss it.
Yes, there are liquid-liquid rotary disk extraction towers; if you use them, please let me know the results
What does it look like? It might be different from what I said; I meant that after washing in a tank, the water layer forms, and then the organic layer separates from the water layer. Literally, an extraction tower should be something similar to a distillation device, right?
Thank you, I’ve seen that post. Our current approach is similar to the diagram you drew, and there are also issues on site. The purpose of this post is to see if other sailors are using any effective methods or equipment
