For the training at the factory, an agreement needs to be signed; it’s provided by Hangzhou Youwen, and it lasts about one to two weeks. Has anyone been there?
Just a few days, and I still have to sign a contract of servitude!

There will be training costs involved; if you resign, those costs will be deducted from your salary at the time of settlement. This is how most companies operate – they can’t train you for free, after all, the skills you acquire are your own
If you have the chance to learn*, you must strive to acquire real knowledge!
Our head office is also conducting training on this product recently. Although it is the training costs that are incurred, if you resign, your share of those training costs will be deducted from your final salary. But I think that if you quit, you’ll definitely find a better job and then you won’t care about these things anymore. What you learn remains your own, and it’s possible that your next great job will stem directly from this training.
A week or two of training will only cover some basic things, but it’s a good starting point for those who don’t know much about it
Training for the instrumentation system falls within the scope specified in the technical agreement during the project construction period; no communication with the company is required – contact the manufacturer directly for training. I have 13 years of experience in the field of instrumentation, and I am not currently tied to any agreement regarding instrumentation training.
Generally, when a company sends you for training, it requires you to sign an agreement stating that you cannot leave the job within one year. Although the DCS training is included in your contract, you are responsible for covering your own expenses for food and accommodation while in Hangzhou; the company will reimburse those costs later. If you leave the job, wouldn’t the company’s money have been wasted?
