Regarding the installation of drying rooms in Class A factories

I am currently working on a project related to downstream products of silicone; the workshop is classified as Class A (polyethers, sealants), and many of the raw materials require drying ovens. Everyone wants to set aside a space in the workshop as a drying room; they have checked the building codes and found that there is no rule stating it’s not allowed, but they also couldn’t find any rule that permits it. I’m asking for help from the Haichuan** folks.
Generally speaking, anything not prohibited by law is permissible. When building ovens in Class A workshops, the key is to address the issue of sparks. If steam heating is used, or if electric heating is employed but all the electrical appliances are explosion-proof, then there is no problem.
