There is no free water, and the moisture in the tar cannot be separated. Is there any good method?
It’s clearly a water-in-oil system; reaching 90 degrees corresponds to the transition temperature, at which point the upper layer needs to be removed. The system must be left to stand for at least 72 hours

Check whether there is emulsification of the tar; water-in-oil formation may be present.
There is a high possibility of tar emulsification in your case, so it is difficult to separate. It is recommended to return to the coke oven suction pipe and add a small amount of Nalco separator; the effect is expected to be good.
