What additional procedures are required for a type of pressure vessel that has been registered after submission but has not been put into use for 3 years?

Issues related to the inspection of pressure vessels can be divided into two main categories: First is the notification prior to installation. According to Articles 113 and 114 of the Pressure Vessel Regulations, this notification must be handled by the installation unit or the user unit before the vessel is installed; various documents are required, and it is also important to include the original certification of the installation unit’s qualifications. Secondly, it is necessary to go through the registration procedures. In accordance with Article 118 of the Relevant Regulations and Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of the Use of Boilers and Pressure Vessels, the entity using each pressure vessel must apply to the local registration authority for registration prior to its commissioning or within 30 days after commissioning, in order to obtain a registration certificate. It has not been put into actual use, and it should be shut down and sealed up promptly.
As long as it has not been declared as out of use, it must undergo an annual review and a comprehensive inspection every three years. 】 It seems that the new rule has now been changed to three years; it used to be two years. Also, the full inspection period for small gas storage tanks has been extended to 5 years. I haven’t seen the new rules on this matter yet
I hadn’t noticed this situation before. I learn from it.
