For a 10kV, 15,000kW high-voltage motor used to drive an axial flow fan, are there any good frequency conversion or soft start solutions? What’s the price for this plan? By the way, how much does this type of motor cost?
If your application requires explosion-proof properties, it is recommended to use motors manufactured by Henan Nanyang Explosion-Proof Motor Factory. In a general market environment, there are many manufacturers; domestic companies such as Xiangtan Motor, Shenyang Motor, Lanzhou Motor, Shanghai Motor, Shanghai Nanyang, Dongfang Motor (Deyang), Xi’an Motor, and others are all capable of producing 10KV motors.
A 1500KW system should be able to use a soft starter. The price of liquid-based soft starters is around 40,000 to 50,000 yuan, while solid-state soft starters cost approximately 140,000 yuan; I haven’t purchased one of these in a long time.
