As the title indicates, can it be discharged directly? What is the basis for this?
Direct exposure to fire should not be possible; there is no issue when the intake cabinet mixes with other larger amounts of gas.
Under normal conditions, it cannot be discharged; discharge requires a heat source, and static electricity must also be avoided
It can be placed in the flare; there are no issues when it is mixed with other gases being released. In the flow, the gas with lower density separates first
