How to adjust the negative pressure in the heating furnace, as well as the operating methods for flue dampers, exhaust fans, and air valves – what should be adjusted first, and what is the basis for that? I would like to ask the teacher for advice, thank you
The blower is adjusted based on oxygen content, while the damper is adjusted based on flame color； Only one of the flue dampers and the exhaust fan is activated, as adjusted by the negative pressure in the furnace

The negative pressure is adjusted by using the flue dampers and the inducer inlet dampers, so as to keep one of them as constant as possible while adjusting the other
When adjusting the negative pressure, control the induced draft fan first; if that doesn’t work, then adjust the flue dampers. The oxygen content is mainly regulated by the air valves. There are significant changes in the amount of gas before and after tower replacement, and the negative pressure in the furnace may fluctuate. It is best to keep the fractionation liquid level at a higher level before replacing the tower, so as to retain more heat for heat exchange with the feed material; this will help reduce fluctuations in the furnace’s performance.
