Our company has several boilers weighing 98 kilograms. Now the Quality Inspection Bureau requires energy efficiency assessment reports, but when we contacted the manufacturer, they refused to provide them. According to G0003, only industrial boilers with a capacity of 38 kilograms or less are allowed to undergo such evaluations; there is no standard basis for boilers with a capacity exceeding 38 kilograms, so such evaluations are not permitted. I would like to ask those who know the answer how efficiency evaluation reports are prepared for industrial boilers with a capacity higher than 38 kilograms, similar to power station boilers. Please let me know if anyone is aware of the relevant standards
Your quality supervision agency is extremely professional; energy efficiency assessment is something that falls under the responsibility of the Ministry of Economy and Information Technology.
Not really; the routine inspection is required now by the quality control department, and all the specifications are listed in the boiler regulations
