Regarding Article 7 for Class A factories: What to do in cases where operations take place within enclosed equipment at temperatures equal to or higher than the substance’s own auto-ignition point, such as in detergent factories or in areas where paraffin is cracked? Should cooling facilities be installed in the factory building??? to lower the operating temperature? ? ? ?
You’re overthinking it; it simply means that this type of operation falls under Category A. Can production still take place at a lower operating temperature? What needs to be considered during structural design are the fire and explosion prevention measures for the factory building
You need to understand what pyrolysis is. Paraffin itself belongs to Category C of hazardous combustible solids. However, pyrolysis decomposes Class A hazardous gases. Gases are dangerous.
