In operation, the low-temperature fluid medium from the eye washer enters its inlet through pipes under pressure; it then flows along specific heat exchange channels inside the electrically heated container, following a path designed based on the principles of fluid thermodynamics. This fluid carries away the high-temperature heat generated by the electric heating elements, thereby raising the temperature of the medium being heated, and the outlet of the electric heater produces a medium at the desired high temperature as specified by the process requirements. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts its output power based on the signals from the temperature sensors at the output port, thereby ensuring a uniform temperature of the medium at that output port ; When the heating element overheats, its built-in overheat protection mechanism immediately cuts off the power supply for heating, preventing the material being heated from overheating and causing coking, deterioration, or carbonization; in severe cases, this prevents the heating element from being damaged, thus effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
