It was too sudden for the technical department to be transferred to the development planning department to work on preliminary project planning – what should become of one’s career plans in the future?
I’m looking at the industry. Plan engineers earn quite high salaries, especially those with technical skills.
It is a good direction for development; with technology as a foundation and by acquiring knowledge in areas such as technology economics, industry practices, investment, and project management, one can become a leader.
