The chemical added to each drum during operation is trisodium phosphate. At present, the silica and conductivity levels of the steam in each drum are high, as are the silica levels in the drum water. There is no issue with the water supplied to the drums; how can these parameters be adjusted to meet the required standards?
It’s possible that too much medication was added; adjust the dosage
Increase the amount of waste discharged; if that doesn’t work, reduce the dosage of chemicals added
If there is no issue with the water supply, then the problem lies in the dosage of chemicals used or in the procedures followed. It’s advisable to check the design specifications to determine what appropriate dosage should be used； Another point is to allocate continuous discharge and periodic discharge in daily operations in a proper manner, which will solve this problem.
It’s sufficient to use fixed or sequential dosing; once the water quality meets the standards, the dosage of the chemical additive can be adjusted gradually.
Concentration is the essence; P – increase the continuous discharge appropriately and raise the frequency of periodic discharge.
