According to information provided by the client, the wastewater volume is 50,000 m3/day, with a COD level of around 100 mg/L; ammonia nitrogen levels are low. The COD of the treated wastewater is required to be less than 50 mg/L ; Ammonia nitrogen is below 5 mg/L. II. Introduction to the sewage treatment vehicle: This invention uses an automobile chassis as a transfer tool for the EP-Kaisen sewage treatment system in container form, enabling immediate use and flexible relocation; this **expands the application scope of the sewage treatment vehicle, allowing it to serve multiple purposes and reducing the costs per unit of sewage treated.III. Treatment process: The sewage first passes through a sand filter, which removes large molecular solid particles and colloids from the water, followed by a security filter, which is a precision filter. The resulting water then enters the EP-Kaisen electrode chamber where electrocatalytic oxidation takes place, breaking down organic substances. Another model involves using a security filter and an MBR membrane before proceeding to catalytic oxidation in the EP-Kaisen electrode chamber.
IV. Treatment principle: Under the influence of an external electric field, organic substances undergo oxidation reactions in the chemical reactor; these reactions break down the organic substances into CO2, H2O, and small molecular organic compounds, with no secondary pollution generated.
